• For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to prevent lost packages.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
• All refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used at the time of the order.
